FAQs
Does my submission need to include various motifs?
No! As long as there is some kind of theme that includes fairycore than that is fine! You can include as many motifs and elements within the claimed prompts!
About claiming
Once claiming opens (early claims will be deleted), writers may claim up to 3 prompts! If you claimed several prompts and feel like you can’t write them, please DM us! For those who wish to create art, let us know in the claiming form which one but don’t claim on ao3, we will make sure to add the screenshot of the prompt during the reveal!
You can also use a “self-prompt” option.
Option 1: write your own prompt and submit it during the prompting period, making sure to label it as [self-prompt].
Option 2: In case an author misses the prompting period, will be posted a universal self-prompt available on the last day of prompting. Multiple people can claim that prompt and will be free to write their own prompt. Please do not claim self-prompts unless those are yours!
Once you’ve claimed the prompt(s) you wanted, please fill out the sign up form right away.
What is not allowed?
Any kinks that depict cnc, rape, or pedophilia is prohibited.
Writers can start claiming prompts the day it opens, NOT BEFORE (early claims will be deleted) and they can claim up to 3 prompts as long as they make sure to write it. If you claimed several prompts and feel like you can’t write them, please DM us! Please do not claim self-prompts unless those are yours! Be respectful of other writers. Once you’ve claimed the prompt(s) you wanted, please fill out the sign up form right away.
Are there check ins?
Yes there are, we will make sure to send out an email and make public posts as well as a DM if you opt for that. We will also have a discord server available.
There will be 3 check ins, but they are super low stakes!
Is there a minimum word count the fic needs to reach to be submitted?
Yes, whether your submission is a WIP (first chapter of a longer fic) or a one chapter piece, it will be required to be at least 2k words.
Rules
You must be 18+.
No CNC, pedophelia, or rape content will be allowed.
You cannot claim a prompt that has already been claimed nor can you claim before the claiming period officially starts.
Be respectful of the mods and other participants.
